Product Details

Carton sealing machines, commonly known as case sealers, are packaging machines that fold and seal the top lids of your packed cartons. These machines offer a reliable and efficient way to seal cases after the packaging process.The system's sealing head produces an electromagnetic field that heats up the foil liner inside the cap. The hot foil in turn melts the polymer coating on the inner-seal. The heat, coupled with the pressure of the cap, causes the inner-seal to bond to the lip of the container resulting in a hermetic seal.Nearly every case and carton adhesive application in converting involves the use of a hot melt adhesive to seal the flaps. The adhesive is applied at an elevated temperature to one flap, which is then placed in contact with the surface of the secondary flap.
